Baby Beckett is here! He kept everyone waiting for quite a while. His Nanny and Uncle flew home to Moncton, NB from Alberta to be here for his birth but he was just too shy and wanted to stay tucked inside! So, flights were changed and the family waited! He finally did decide to come out and meet his family before they had to go back out west.
Baby Beckett has two big sisters to play with and to help Mommy out :) Daddy is a professional hockey player. So, every year from August-April these guys are travelling. They are pros...I couldn't imagine driving from Texas to New Brunswick with a 14 month old and a newborn (who can survive that?) Or flying from Moncton to England a few months later for the start of a new hockey season. This year, Daddy got a job closer to Moncton. They still have to move for the season but at least it's still in the province.
During our lifestyle newborn session, Daddy was already out of town for work so baby Beckett was the man of the house! It was a super cloudy day and we probably should have rescheduled because it was so dark in the house but we gave it a try and made it work. I love lifestyle newborn sessions and I don't like to reschedule because I know how difficult it is with a new baby to get a bunch of little ones ready, tidy the house and block out the time needed for me to come in and take the photos. The more relaxed the session is, the better the experience for everyone.
